Copyright policy
Last updated October 14, 2026
We respect people’s work, and expect everyone on getabreeder to post only what they have the right to post.
1. If your work was posted without permission
Breeders and families post their own photos, videos and writing. If you think something on getabreeder copies your work without your permission, send our copyright agent a notice with:
- your name, address, phone number and email;
- what work you own, such as a description of the photo or a link to where you published it;
- the link to each page on getabreeder where it appears;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn’t authorized by you, your agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you own the copyright or are allowed to act for the owner; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
We’ll remove or disable the material quickly and tell the person who posted it.
2. Our copyright agent
Copyright Agent, Doxufy LLC, doing business as getabreeder
5900 Balcones Drive, Ste 100, Austin, TX 78731
getabreeder@gmail.com
3. If something of yours was removed
If you think we removed your material by mistake, or you have permission to use it, send our agent a counter notice with:
- your name, address, phone number and email;
- what was removed and where it appeared;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification;
- a statement that you agree to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, outside the US, any court where we can be found), and that you’ll accept service from the person who sent the notice; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
We’ll send it to the person who sent the original notice. Unless they tell us within 10 business days that they’ve gone to court, we may put the material back.
4. Repeat infringement
We close the accounts of people who repeatedly post other people’s work without permission.
5. Other problems with a listing
For anything that isn’t about copyright, such as a listing you think is a scam or a resold puppy, use “Report a concern” on the puppy’s or breeder’s page, or email getabreeder@gmail.com.
